Locks one buyer category in one state for as long as you hold it, and gives you a 48-hour first look at that state's rows. Priced per state, on top of any tier below Platform.

No annual contract
Month to month, always. If the file stops being worth $299 you should stop paying for it that month.
No seat minimums
One person or ten, the price is the price. We are selling a file, not logins.
No implementation fee
There is nothing to implement. The first file arrives the Monday after you order.
No discounting
The list price is the price everyone pays. What you get instead is the first week free, before you enter a card.
Is it worth it
Run your own numbers.

Answered straight.
Why is this so much cheaper than the platforms?
Because it is not a platform. There is no dashboard to build, no seats to provision, no integration team, and no salesperson between you and the file. It is a harvester, a verification pass, and an email. The price reflects what it actually costs to run.
What happens in a quiet week?
You get the rows that exist and a sentence telling you the territory was quiet. We do not pad a file with rows scored 31 to make the money look justified.
Can I get more than three states?
Yes. Territory covers three, and each additional state is $79 a month. Above six states, write to us and we will price it honestly rather than pretending there is a tier for it.
Do you integrate with my CRM?
Territory and Exclusive include a CSV formatted for import. There is no native integration and we are not going to claim one exists. If a real customer needs a webhook, we will build a webhook.
What if a row is wrong?
Send it to us. If the source does not support it, we correct it in the next file and credit the month when it was a for-sale or an ownership change. Those two carry the price, so they carry the consequence.
Is my state even live yet?
Check the territories page. Wave one runs now. If yours is not live, one paid order moves it to the front of the queue and we tell you the date before you pay.
