What you are buying
A subscription to a weekly file of verified, public, business-level events about dental practices in the territories you pay for. The subscription is month to month. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be billed again.
Your licence
The file is licensed to one company for that company’s own sales and business development use. You may share it internally with your own team. You may not resell it, republish it, syndicate it, or pass it to another company, including a parent, a partner, or a client.
Exclusive territories
An Exclusive subscription closes one buyer category in one state for as long as you hold it, and gives you a 48-hour first look at that state’s rows. It does not stop companies in other categories from subscribing to the same state. If you cancel, the state and category reopen on the next billing date.
Accuracy, and what happens when we are wrong
Every row is verified against a public source before it ships and carries a link to that source. Public records still contain errors and we still make them. Report a row you believe is wrong. If the source does not support it, we correct it in the next file, mark the original unverified, and credit the month when the row was a for-sale or an ownership change.
The file is information, not advice. You are responsible for what you do with it, including confirming a fact before you act on it commercially. Nothing here is a guarantee of a specific number of rows in a given week.
How you may use it
- You must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and any applicable state law in any outreach you run from the file. That is your obligation, not ours.
- You may not use the file to contact patients, or to target individuals rather than businesses.
- You may not attempt to re-identify or enrich our rows with consumer personal data.
What we will not do
- We will not sell or disclose our subscriber list.
- We will not tell one subscriber what another subscriber pays for or receives.
- We will not lock you into a term longer than one month.
Suspension
We may end a subscription and refund the current month if the file is being redistributed, or if it is being used to contact patients or individuals. Both are grounds for immediate termination.
